The journal of "Management and Productivity Studies" is an open-access quarterly academic journal published in Persian, with English abstracts. The journal began its activities under the official license of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance (License No. 92340, dated 2023/01/09) and is owned by the University of Kurdistan.

The mission of this journal is to help expand and disseminate knowledge of management and productivity across all its branches and specializations. Our goal is to create an academic platform for presenting new theories, explaining challenges, and offering scientific and practical solutions in the field of management and productivity, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of organizations and the country’s management systems.
