The journal of "Management and Productivity Studies" is an open access academic quarterly published in Persian (with a detailed abstract and references in English). This journal has been launched with the official license of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance (No. 92340 dated 19/10/1401) and with the distinction of the University of Kurdistan. The mission of this journal is to help expand and disseminate knowledge of management and productivity in all its branches and trends.

Our goal is to create a scientific platform for presenting new theories, explaining challenges, and providing scientific and practical solutions in the field of management and productivity in order to provide the basis for the sustainable development of organizations and management systems in the country. The main axes of the journal include various topics, including: Organizational management and productivity, quantitative issues and optimization in management, decision support systems, production and operations management, business and marketing management, tourism management, comprehensive quality management, organizational quality and excellence, decision-making, and other topics related to management science. The journal "Management and Productivity Studies" welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, and interdisciplinary research at the national and international levels, and, by observing the principles of research ethics and scientific refereeing standards, it strives to make an effective contribution to the advancement of scientific literature in the field of management and productivity.
